The warm welcome at Brantholme set a lovely tone for our stay, with spacious, clean rooms and fantastic views. Breakfast was delicious, though the dining window felt a bit rushed. an enjoyable experience, albeit with some minor concerns about towel management after use.

lovely stay but limited evening options
The breathtaking mountain view from our suite was a great way to wake up. Breakfast was not just beautiful but also offered a great variety each morning, leaving us full and satisfied. Jo and Frank's warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience, making us feel at home.
Evening dining options nearby were somewhat limited.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay in a Deluxe Standard Room, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a friendly lady serving up everything we could want. We spent our mornings relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoyed the beautiful garden area too. The only hitch was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

Immaculate stay with beautiful views
We had a lovely warm welcome with tea and biscuits in the lounge. The room was spotless and had a great shower. Just beware of the sloped ceilings—if you're tall like me, you'll bump your head a lot! Also enjoyed the picnic area outside for a nice afternoon break away from it all. Will definitely be back!

Our group had a fantastic weekend exploring the local events, including the Keswick Beer Festival and Penrith on a Plate food market. There were plenty of indoor activities to keep us entertained on a rainy day, and the stunning views from our well-decorated room added to the experience. The breakfast choices were excellent, and the hosts made us feel right at home.
While the hosts were friendly, it would have been nice to have clearer communication about check-in policies to avoid any stress.

The location offered easy access to the town, and breakfast included freshly baked European bread, a delightful treat to start the day. the breakfast itself was just okay and could use some improvement.

Perfect for a group getaway
Had a lovely time with my friends, the hosts Jo and Frank were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was like nothing I’ve had before, better than I expected, and on our last day, they made us sandwiches because we were catching a flight. That’s just luxury, right?
It wasn’t the cheapest but I guess it's acceptable for what we got.

The Superior Double Room had amazing views of the hills. Super spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The decor was nice, really added to the vibe of the stay. There was a small fridge in the room, which was a handy touch. Just wish there were better quality towels, but that’s a small thing really.

pleasant stay with minor inconveniences
The cleanliness of the room truly stood out and I appreciated the effort in maintaining such a neat environment. The personalized breakfast options made each meal feel like a special treat especially when they prepared a sandwich for my early departure.
The check-in process was a bit slow due to only one staff member being available.
